たまたま梅田に用事があってお昼に軽く食べようとお邪魔したのは、北新地の国道2号線沿いにある『十割蕎麦玄盛』。
店内は狭いかなと思ったら、ビルの4階まであるみたい。
頂いたのは『海老天盛り蕎麦セット』（1,280円）。
ちなみにランチではかやくご飯が無料で大盛〜小盛、なしと選べ、なかなかお得。
実は適当に入ったのでそれ程期待していなかったのですが、蕎麦食ったら正解でした♪
蕎麦の風味がとてもよく感じられ、喉越しも素晴らしい。
蕎麦つゆもちょうどいい風味で結構イケます。
天ぷらの方はでっかい有頭エビがどどんとインパクト大！
他の野菜天もサクサクで、塩で食べるとよりその美味さを感じられてグッド。
かやくご飯は薄味ですが、天ぷらのボリューム感があるので、あまり主張しすぎない程度でちょうどいいかも。
お店を出ると結構行列が出来ており、実は人気店やったのねと我ながら自分の嗅覚を褒めてやりたい。
After finishing what I should do in Umeda, I visited a soba restaurant “Genmori” along R2 str., in Kitashinchi.
I thought it was small, but it has 4 floors of a building.
I ordered the “Set of Shrimp Tempura and Cold Soba” (@¥1,280).
FYI, u can get a large to small simmered rice for free or no rice.
Actually I came here by chance, so I didn’t have high expectations for the taste, but I found it was great when I had the soba.
The flavor of the buckwheat made me taste well, and had a good going down my throat.
The dipping soup for the soba also had a good balance of flavor.
The tempura had 2 big shrimp with their heads, and the impact was strong.
Other vegetables tempura were also crispy, and when I ate them with salt, I could really feel the flavors of the ingredients.
Although the rice had a light taste, I liked that it didn’t interfere with the taste of the soba and tempura.
I realized that the restaurant was so popular bcoz it had a long line when I left here.
