この日は、前に働いていた部署の方々との送別会です。少し先輩の方が定年を待たすに退職なさるとのことで、皆で集まりました。一番若手が予約してくれたのがこちらのお店。北新地にある蕎麦居酒屋さんです。二階のテーブル席に集まりました。
壁を見ると、憧れのもえのあずきさんのサインと写真が飾られています。こちらのお店はわんこ蕎麦も提供されており、もえあずはこちらで８００杯食べたとのことです。うれしくなり、サインや写真を写真に撮りました。
とりあえず、皆で乾杯します。退職なさる先輩とは、仕事も飲みも楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。ユーモラスで情に熱く優しい方でしたので、本当に寂しいですが、新しい道を歩んで行かれるとのことですので、全力で応援します。ともかく今日は、他の仲間たちとも大いに食べて飲んで語らい、旧交を温めたいと思います。
さて、お料理が運ばれてきました。1品目の蕎麦屋の手作り蕎麦豆腐と、2品目の前菜3種盛りになります。３種盛りは蛍烏賊沖漬け、辛子蓮根、タコワサになります。蕎麦豆腐は胡麻豆腐のような食感で蕎麦の香りが広がります。私は日本酒に切り替えました。
豆腐と十割蕎麦の胡麻サラダが用意されます。こちらは身体がホッとするヘルシーな一品です。
次は、自然薯純生トロ、自然薯皮付きの造りです。すり下ろした自然薯を団子にしたものと、皮が付いたまま、スライスしたものです。こちらは、団子は塩で、造りは醤油で頂きましたが、団子の方は、心地よい粘りと品がある日向臭さを感じ、とても美味しかったです。造りも、シャキッとした歯応えと粘りがいい感じでした。
続いて、小エビと野菜天ぷらが用意されました。今までヘルシーなメニューでしたので、ここでの天ぷらは、非常にうれしく、また美味しく感じました。海老とても香り高く、プリっとして甘いですし、茄子や南京も旨味甘味が強く感じられました。日本酒によく合います。
続いての油は、蕎麦粉の唐揚げです。カラッと揚がっていて、中はジューシーに仕上がってます。これは誰もが好きな味付けです。みんな争って頂きます。
〆の盛り蕎麦が運ばれてきました。こちらの蕎麦は食べ放題とのことです。さっぱりしている上、蕎麦の香りもよく、いくらでも食べられます。私のテーブルは四人でしたが、二回お代わりして１２人前を頂きました。もえあずには勝てませんが、たくさん食べることができ、うれしかったです。
最後にデザートでアイスクリームが用意されました。バニラアイスでホッとした優しさをかんしました。
この日は、美味しい料理を頂きながら、退職なさる先輩を始め、懐かしいメンバーと、当時を懐かしんだ話や将来の話で花が咲きました。楽しいひとときを過ごすことができました。コスパも良かったですし、過不足ないサーブも良かったです。
また、飲み会で是非利用したいと思います。
