黄金色に輝くジュレ状おだし
阪神百貨店がリニューアルオープンした際に、
デパ地下に新しく入ったのが、
うどんで有名な「美々卯」。
美々卯のデパ地下店舗は初めてです。
デパ地下で美々卯のお弁当が買えるなんて、嬉しいですよね。
いくつかある中で、オススメはこちら。
◆ふわとろえびごはん
えび入りのピラフの上に、オムレツをのせたもので、
だしが別で付いているので、だしをかけていただきます。
ぷるぷるしたオムレツには、「美々卯」の焼き印入り。
焼き印好きな私には嬉しい限り( ´艸｀)
ふわっふわなオムレツと、
えびと枝豆入りのごはんを混ぜながらいただきます。
おだしは、ぷるっぷるなジュレ状。
しかも、キラキラしてる〜！(≧▽≦)
黄金色に輝く、おだしをかけて食べる、ふわとろえびごはん。
オススメです。

おかずにも、きちんとお出汁が効いていて
美味しいんです。
デパ地下にあるので、気軽に買って帰れます。
この日は、ちょっと贅沢に、
豪華なお弁当を。
きのこごはんが美味しい！
蕎麦ずしが入っているのも嬉しいですね。
野菜の煮物も良いお味。
かぼちゃもちょうど良い柔らかさに炊けています。
