2020年12月。
新型コロナの状況に合わせ、また春先のテイクアウト
モードに切り替え中。という事で、阪神梅田本店にて
夕食を買って帰る事に。
今回は『美々卯』さんで「鴨なんばうどん」を買って
帰りました。972円
家で持ち帰って、スープを温めてから具材を投入して
完成！（簡単♪）では頂きま〜す！
うどんは比較的やわらかで、大阪らしいうどんになる
のかな。（←自分の仕上げになるので不明ですが。）
具材は鴨肉、つくね、葱。
鴨肉の食感も良かったし、出汁も鴨の旨味が感じられ、
美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
久々にうどんすきも食べたくなってきました〜
