阪急百貨店うめだ本店B１の惣菜売り場にあるお弁当屋さんでお弁当を購入。小さなお店なんだけど自分で惣菜の内容を選ぶことができるカスタマイズ弁当のお店。
いわゆるBYO(buildyourown)でアメリカの外食の潮流になっている。
糖質制限中なので主菜は鳥の唐揚げをレモンマリネにしたハニーレモンチキンもの。副菜はクミンシードオリーブオイルの塩漬けキャベツ。サラダは温玉とアボガドと崩し豆腐のサラダ黒糖醤油だれ。ご飯は玄米を所望。
購入したお弁当はB2のバルコーナーで食すことができる。ご飯も暖かくてヘルシーで大満足。
2月13日から19日までB１で私どもの経営するお店が阪急梅田本店B１催事で出店しています。出汁の効いたかやくご飯、新筍ご飯を販売しています。鰹と昆布の出汁に漬け込んだ鶏肉を揚げた出汁唐揚げも好評です。
