祝日ランチに家族でブッフェに。お休みとあってほぼ満席。ソフトドリンクのフリーフロー付きコースを予約して来ました。まずはメイン、楽しみにしていたローストビーフ、目の前で好きな厚さにカット。滑らかなマッシュポテトをつけながら頂きました。柔らかい。シーザーサラダ、ニシンのマリネ、エビのサラダ等サラダの種類も豊富。スタートが遅かったのでメインのひとつローストポークは最後の一切れでした。ミートローフ、サーモンのロースト（ケーパのソースで美味しかった！）ファルファレのクリームパスタは目の前で生のサーモンをクリームに絡めて調理され美味しい！パスタの量も調節できました。パンは好きな物を自分でカット。一通り食べてデザートに。タルト、クリームチーズケーキ、クッキーやチョコ、、アイスクリームでお腹いっぱい！最後は塩ラーメンで〆。チャーシューをその場で炙ってもらいあつあつラーメンを頂きました。食べてませんが、白飯やお味噌汁等もあり、主菜とサラダ、スープなどの副菜、デザートとバラエティにとんだバランス良いラインナップで美味しくて、リピートしたいと思いました。
