On this day, I had dinner with my partner in Umeda. We decided to relax in a private room for a change, so we chose this restaurant. It has an excellent location facing the main street in Chayamachi. We took the elevator to the 8th floor of a stylish building. We had made a reservation in advance, so we gave our name and were immediately taken to the private room. The first thing I noticed was that we could see the trains coming in and out of Hankyu Umeda Station! This was an unexpected delight for a train enthusiast like me! (*p'∀'q)Excited♬ First, I had a draft beer, and my partner had a non-alcoholic one. Cheers (^o^) The dishes were as follows. - Seared tuna This tuna was so fresh that it could be eaten just as it was, even without searing it! And the presentation was also fantastic. - Three kinds of sashimi The yellowtail was large and filling! The salmon was fatty and melt-in-your-mouth. The sea bream was crunchy and chewy. Quite luxurious sashimi! -Tempura vegetables included myoga, eggplant, paprika, and chicken. The chicken was so tender that it could be cut with chopsticks (^o^) The Prosciutto on all of the dishes was crispy! We had it with salted plum ♬ ・Potato salad It looked like a standard potato salad, but it was topped with prosciutto Σ(ﾟﾛﾟ;) ・Charcoal-grilled local chicken Charcoal-grilled local chicken with sweet and spicy sauce and lemon (ﾟДﾟ)Yummy This was also beautifully presented... At this point, I ordered another drink... ・Pineapple sour ・ Mazesoba (Soupless noodles) It looked like cold Chinese noodles with sesame sauce, but the yellow wavy noodles were mixed well with chicken, green onions, wakame seaweed, sesame seeds, etc., and it went down well, making it the perfect way to finish off a meal (^o^) The overall amount was just right! The taste was of course good, and the presentation was very elaborate and striking. I really liked the atmosphere of the private room and the view from the window! And the window seats, where you can see all the Hankyu trains coming in and out of Umeda Station, are recommended for train enthusiasts (^o^) The staff were also very friendly.
