今回はいつもの店より少し値段設定の高い店に。
北新地 ビルの三階の一番奥にひっそりとある。
カウンター、テーブル、半個室が奥のほうに。
“大和鶏の割烹”がコンセプト。
奈良の特産地鶏”大和肉鶏”の料理や素材の味を生かした一品料理の数々。
カウンターで作っているのが見れてこういうひっそりとした店は良きよなあ。
こんないい店やのに若いカップルがほとんどやった笑
普段はそんなことないやろうけど、たまたまかな？
カウンターでの調理を見ながら、ビールを流し込む。
大和鶏は適度な弾力がありつつも柔らかくふっくらした身。
美味しい。
お上品。
なかなか店では見かけない白肝があったので注文。
白肝は美味しいよなあ。
白肝が置いている店は、美味しい鶏肉を提供している店の基準になる気もする。
ちょっとしたご褒美に大和鶏料理はいかがでしょうか。
