18時30分に予約をして伺いました。 予約ではカウンターでしがた入店時にテーブルが空いていたのでテーブルに変更していただきました。
鶏サシは部位にあわせた醤油とごま油で食します。 新鮮な鶏だけに臭みもなく美味です。 新鮮ということであれば「ちょうちん」催行でした。 玉ひもは大好物なので期待していたのですがレアな玉とあって初めての経験であり、驚きのうまさでした。
早めの予約のお蔭もあって希少部位をいただくことができましたが19時過ぎには売り切れが続出で、早めの来店をお勧めします。
そして酒飲みに有り難いのが焼酎のサワーがお変わり形式であること。 私はゆず、相棒はレモンを注文。 頑張れば5回までおかわりを楽しめるとのことでした。
焼酎も楽しみましたが鶏や鶏だしベースのおでんを楽しむにはサワーがちょうどいいかも。
楽しく、おいしくいただいた夕食でした。
