映えスイーツが気になって、予約の上仕事帰りに立ち寄った。
中崎町にある、キラキラした空間。
スタッフはみなさん親切なイケメン揃い。
季節のパフェということで、洋梨のパフェ、パルフェ・オ・ポワール（1650円：税別）をオーダー。
「洋梨を丸ごと1つ使い、スミレゼリーのヴェールを纏った綺麗なパフェ
口溶けの良い洋梨のムースやコンポート・白ワインゼリー・キャラメルアイスなど、多様な味わいを楽しめます。

美しいパフェが届いた。
「食べ辛いので、洋梨はこちらのお皿に移してお召し上がりください」とイケメン兄さんからご指導承る。
しかし表面のクラゲのようなスミレゼリーをどう扱えば良いのか。
とりあえずシート状のゼリーをお皿に移動。
幅広ビャンビャン麺のようにナイフでカットして、チルチルと啜ってみた。
（絶対食べ方間違ってるよね、って思いながら。）
洋梨はあらかじめカットされているので、一切れづつお皿に移していただく。
中のクリームの甘さに負けない程、洋梨自体がとても甘い。
その後洋梨のムースをパクパク。
途中でミルクピッチャーで提供されたカルヴァドスをかけて、大人の味にしてみる。
グラスの表面には、薄くスライスされたコンポートも貼りついている。
コンポートが取りづらくて、かなりのクランブルを脱落させてしまった。
キャラメルアイスは美味しかったけど、ほとんど溶けてしまって残念。
グラス下部にはスッキリした白ワインゼリー。
見た目も、お味も、雰囲気も、スタッフの対応も良かった。
フルーツも良い物を使ってると思われる。
ただこのメニューに関しては食べ辛過ぎる。
映え目的のパフェだった。
メニューは色々あるので、食べ易さの難易度を考えてオーダーしたらいいと思う。特にデートの時とか。
