アミューズのカクテルはお花がたくさんグラスの上にシャボン玉をトッピングする演出はとっても楽しいですねカクテルと思いきやワインジュレ！(動画あり)
青い地球をイメージしたムースはパープル周りは銀河のようにキラキラした飴細工やメレンゲ達✨
グランデセール、これぞLargoさんの真骨頂❣️
フルーツやエディブルフラワーがふんだんに使用された芸術作品ですね中央が2種類のチョコムースで甘さ控えめ！カカオの深い味わいを楽しむ、大人っぽいデセールでした。
そしてドリンク(私は紅茶に)と共にプティフール。フィナンシェや惑星ショコラ、抹茶スイーツも♪
フィナンシェはバターの良い香りと、なんと表面には塩の結晶が見えます！このお塩が何とも良い味のアクセントに✨
全体的に優しい甘さで、スイーツが続いても飽きずに食べ進められました♪
しかも焼き菓子のお土産付きです
テーブルの中央はお花畑になっていたり、スイーツのみならず、お店のあちこちがフォトジェニックスポット スイーツや撮影も楽しめます。
