We had dinner at Kitchen Kuwa in Nakazakicho. You can enjoy carefully selected creative Japanese-style meal in a casual setting in a calm space. What I received: - Grilled green soybeans (380 yen) - Assorted sashimi - 2 servings (1,960 yen) - Water eggplant with salted kelp (480 yen) - Ku Japanese chicken nanban (980 yen) - Sakura shrimp Garlic fried rice (880 yen) The grilled edamame is fragrant and fluffy, and is great when grilled. The sashimi is fresh and crisp. Mizunasu is simple, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of eggplant. The chicken nanban is juicy and the tartare is delicious. The flavor of the sakura shrimp and garlic go well with the fried rice. All the dishes were made with good ingredients and were very delicious.
