久しぶりに大阪で外食です。
遅めのランチの時間帯に入りました。
2019年3月10日にオープンしたお店、お初天神近くのビルの地下一階にあります。
店内、隠れ家のような雰囲気が漂い、内装、装飾ともお洒落です。
今の時期、一番気になるのは、感染症対策。
除菌スプレーが置かれ、様々な対応をされています。
昼下がりの午後、ちょうど人がいない時間に入店したので、３密にもならず、ゆっくりと友人と食べる事ができました。
★自家製のフレンチサラダ 400円×2人前
お通しは自家製のフレンチドレッシングとチーズが載ったシャキシャキサラダです。
ドレッシングが野菜に上手く絡み美味しい～♪
いくらでも食べられます。
お店のおススメを注文します。
★当店イチオシ♪SNS映えの肉シカゴピザ 2480円
ピザ生地が見えない程、たっぷりのローストビーフとチーズが載っています。
シカゴピザと言われなければわからない…。
ピザカッターやナイフ、フォークが置かれ、
ピザやった！と実感。
ナイフでローストビーフを切り、トロ～りたっぷり乗せられたチーズが
気持ち良いほど伸びてくれます。
さっさと食べなければチーズが固くなるので早速頂きます。
ローストビーフが柔らかく、うま味、風味ともに素晴らしく、
チーズに絡めて食べると美味しさ倍増です。
厚めのピザ生地もローストビーフとチーズを上手く結びつけていて美味しいです。
★ながーい和牛ユッケ寿司(レギュラー) 1480円
こちらもお店おススメです。
やって来た時は驚きます。
30cmはある和牛ユッケ寿司、少し焼かれているので、
香ばしくて酢飯との相性抜群です。
かみしめると口の中に和牛ユッケの旨味が広がります。
これだけでも味はしっかりとしていますが、蘭王卵入りのタレが付いてきます。
最初、ついついこちらもつけていましたが、美味しいですが、私は、そのままの方が肉本来の味が楽しめました。
★ゴロゴロフルーツチューハイ 680円
見た瞬間、昔のお姉さん（私）も胸キュンしそうな位、
インスタ映えするチューハイです。
季節のフルーツがたっぷり！
冷凍されている果物もあり、
スタッフさんが言われたように、
一杯目はそのまま飲み、
追いチューでちょうどよい塩梅に果物の旨味が溶け出し
チューハイを飲みながら果物も食べました。
これは老若女子大喜びのドリンクです。
★洒落乙カマンベールブリュレ 680円
お腹いっぱいになったのでデザートを注文しました。
ビックリした～メニュー通りカマンベールのブリュレが！！！
画期的なお味でした。
★自家製キャラメル旨プリン 380円
友達が食べたプリンで、蕩けるプリンで美味しかったそうです。
他にも、黒毛和牛を使用した肉の寿司が１８０円～ってとってもお得！!
こだわりの黒毛和牛が美味しく楽しめるお店です。
