梅田の東通りを横に逸れたとこにある焼肉屋さん。
店内は1階から3階まであって4人掛けのテーブル席が並ぶ。通路は少し狭めです。
お客さんは2人で来てる人が多い様子。基本みんな予約してたので、行く時は予約した方が良さそう！
フロアのみの貸切もできるっぽいで〜！
注文はタッチパネルから。
まずはお肉を沢山注文！
タン部位食べ比べは3種類のタンを堪能できる。薄いタンにレモンをつけて食べるのがお勧め！
さらに、霜降り牛タン刺しは焼かずにそのまま食べれる！？
肉の弾力を直で味わる！
わさびを少し乗せて牡蠣醤油をつけて食べてみて！
和牛サーロイン焼きすきはサッと火で炙って溶き卵に漬けてパクリ。
肉の脂と卵がドカッと口に広がり、お腹にくる！満足感がすごい。。。
そして、名物のMoo盛り
赤のはばきとまるしん。霜降りのカルビとひうち
赤身は筋肉質で弾力が凄く噛み応え抜群！
霜降りは柔らかく脂みもあって肉汁が口に広がっていく。
様々な味付けで食べてみて〜
お肉ばっか食べてると胃もしんどくなるので、箸休め程度にキムチとわかたまスープ。
結局こういう料理が身に染みるんだよなぁ〜
お席は2時間制やったけど、1時間半で大満足できた！
店員さんが当日予約の電話対応してたけど、他の予約で厳しそうやったから、もし食べに行こうかと考えていたら事前に予約しておくことをお勧めするよ！
