お誘い頂き初めて訪れました。
店内は黒が基調となっていてカッコいい雰囲気でした。
食材1つ1つの魅力を活かしながら生み出された料理の数々をおまかせコースで味わえます。
名物の焼豚はタレに付け込んだ豚肉をはちみつを塗りながら
店内の炉窯で長時間かけて焼き上げます。
とにかく絶品で、いくつでも食べれる感じです。
北新地は閉店されて京都にお店をOPENされるそうです。
予約困難ですが、是非行きたいお店のひとつです。
