We never freeze the meat, and our craftsmen carefully select the condition and part of the meat before hand-cutting each piece. This means that there is less dripping and the flavor of the meat does not escape◎Our recommendation is the thickly cut "Cow tongue" that is procured in its entirety! The sauce common to all Rikimaru stores is Rikimaru sauce, which contains salt sauce and miso and has a deep flavor. We also recommend Steak ♪
