ゆかり 宴 阪急東通り店
（大阪市北区・阪急東通）
お昼を食べに外に出たら、珍しく小雨がぱらついているので、電車に乗って梅田へ。屋根伝いに歩いていくと、阪急東通に出た。どこかは行ってない店があるはずだが、混沌としてどこかはよくわからない。どこも行ったことあるようなないような、念のため調べてみたらお好み焼きのゆかりは、東通の店は来たことがないらしい。自分のことなんだが。ちなみに、ホワイティと富国生命ビルの店は訪問済み。曽根崎の本店は未訪問らしい。自分のことなんだが。
ちなみにその２。東通の店は「ゆかり 宴」という店にリニューアルしたようで、リニューアル前の店には行きそびれたことになる。
だいたい、お昼休みのお好み焼きというのはなかなかデンジャラスで、出てくるまでに時間がかかることがあるし、着ているものが鉄板焼きの匂いを纏うことになるし、なんなら歯海苔のリスクもある。それでも、昼休みに訪ねられる射程圏内であれば行かざるをえない。
ということで入店。テーブル席は喫煙席で２階、カウンター席が禁煙席で１階とのこと。積極的に喫煙席を選ぶことはないので、１階でいただくことに。ランチタイムには各種セットが用意されていて、広島焼ランチというのがあるのでそれをお願いする。
ランチということで、ライスかドリンクがつく。麺の入ったお好み焼きにご飯をセットするのは流石にためらわれたため、ドリンク、それもからだすこやか茶Ｗというガラにもないものをチョイス。コーヒーがあるといいのにな。
広島焼は、完全に出来上がった状態で目の前に仕込まれた鉄板へ提供される。あらかじめソースとマヨネーズがかかっているが、追いソースはオタフク、追いマヨネーズも用意されている。食べてみると、中から細くスライスされ蒸し焼きになったキャベツがもっちりした薄い生地に覆われていて、ちゃんとした広島のお好み焼きの作り方で作られていると分かる。ボリュームも絶妙で、すっかり満腹。追いソースをする必要もなく、美味しくいただく。（2022.2.10）
