『ミナリ』とは『セリ』なんですって！
その『ミナリ』のメニューが梅田で食べられるからと誘われて行ってきました♪
お店は堂山町にあり、東通り商店街にも近く、中崎町寄りのビルの2階（1階は鮨からすさん）
オープンの5時にお店へ〜♪
私達と同時に2人、そしてすぐまた2人
そしてその後3.4人‥

タレは 塩胡麻油、サムジャン、甘ポン酢
分厚い三枚肉を斜めになったサムギョプサル用の鉄板でまずは豚肉を立てて焼いて行きます♪
もちろんスタッフさんが全てやって下さるので私達はビールを飲みながら待つだけ(#^.^#)
ナムルやユッケなんかをつまみにジュージューサウンドを楽しみます♬

焼き上がりには少々お時間がかかりますが、お肉がどんどんと焼き上がって行く工程を見ながらなのでまったく苦にはなりません‥って言うか楽しい〜

お肉も芳ばしく焼け、スタッフさんがひと口サイズにカットして鉄板に並べて行きます♪
キムチと白髪ネギも焼いてもらいました！
そしていよいよメインのミナリの束をお肉にジューっと載せて押し付けて行きます٩( ᐛ )و
そしてミナリをカットしてから豪快にお肉と混ぜ合わせ完成〜！！
チシャナやつけ大根やキムチ、ネギ、エゴマの葉など、好みの物と一緒に巻いて頂きましょう(´∀｀*)

When both sides of the meat are cooked, we cut the meat and heat it through! The pork belly grilled to perfection is sweet and tasty! This beer is so good, I can't stop drinking it! We had a good idea to have all-you-can-drink... ♪♪ While we ate cheese balls and pancakes, we shifted to a vinegar sour!
