Hello everyone. Thank you for visiting us. This is Guru-chan, who eats around Osaka mainly for lunch. This time, I will introduce. [About the store] ✔︎A popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) open all year round. ✔︎You can get set meals for lunch and dinner. [Menu] ・As it is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), we have a menu ranging from single items to set menus, so even those who don't drink alcohol can feel free to eat here. [Menu I received] ・Chicken Nanban set meal (single) ¥1080 ・Curry ¥300 There are a lot of Meat Dishes lined up, and all of them look delicious, so I got confused lol. It was chicken nanban. Originally, it comes with a raw egg, but I don't like it, so I asked them to remove it, and I added a mini curry instead. The main dish is chicken nanban, rice, miso soup, additional mini curry, and spices. I made it as a single, so there were 5 pieces of chicken nanban. I also appreciate that they are cut into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat. When you take a bite, the batter is fluffy and slightly less crispy than it should be, but the meat is soft and juicy. The rich tartar sauce, which is a combination of sweet vinegar, mayonnaise, and eggs, goes very well together and is delicious. Place the chicken nanban on rice to complete the nanban bowl. The tartar sauce goes very well with the rice. You can enjoy free refills of rice. Of course I ordered a second helping. Top with the added curry and remaining chicken nanban to complete the chicken nanban curry. The curry is spicier than I expected, and when eaten with chicken nanban with a mellow tartar sauce, the spiciness is neutralized and goes well together. The miso soup was packed with lots of ingredients such as carrots, daikon radish, and burdock root. It's warm and the miso has a nice flavor and it's delicious. The miso soup is also nice and you can get any refills, so it will fill you up. Lynx was the only one open when I was about to become a lunch refugee on New Year's Day. Even though other facilities were closed, it was crowded. I also appreciate that you can get set meals at night as well as at lunch. The customer base was wide-ranging, but I got the impression that there were a lot of young couples. If you are interested, please come and check it out! It was delicious!
