お店に入った瞬間、ここは間違いなく良い店だとい
オーラがありました。
関西イタリアンの重鎮で、様々な高級店も手掛けて
こられた八島シェフがワンオペでされています。
パスタは別室で打ってから提供されます。
世の中、こんなにパスタを出す店が多いけれど、
パスタが美味しい店って、意外とないんですよねえ。
ここは・・最高です。久しぶりに印象に残る美味しいパスタでした。
パンがは焼き石と一緒に提供されるから、アツアツで頂けます。
いやあ、さすがですわ。ディナーにも来なくては。
