毎日飲まんとあかん私は、日々酒追い人としての責務を遂行しております。
今回は北新地のこちら「炭火焼河内鴨と地鶏専門店 鷹佑」さん
大阪の河内鴨はブランド鴨。
案外しっかり食べた事ないんよね〜
お店は北新地の雑居ビル2階。
ネットが発達していないと中々こちらのお店は辿り着けない様なロケーション。
店内カウンターとテーブル席。
カウンターは2名3組ぐらいかな？テーブルも数卓のかなりの小箱ですので、予約は必須でしょう。
大将と女性スタッフで切り盛りされています。

脂っぽい感じは無くドライな感じ。河内鴨の良さはヘルシーなんだろうね。締まった身がとても上品で美味しい♫

餡掛けのトロトロ玉子焼き。でも巻いて無いやつ。
河内鴨の専門店は珍しいのでまた来たいお店です♫
