すべてシェフの思いが詰まった最高の料理に感激
ようやく（数年越しではなかろうか）お伺いすることができたフナシェフさん。
メールから空き状況を伝えてくださり、二つ返事でお願いしました。
この日を逃したら、もうないなと思い他のスケジュールを変更して今回に臨んだ次第です。
どうだったか？この日伺えて良かったです。
お料理美味しいなんてもんじゃありません。
美味しすぎるんです。
なんて言えばいいのかわかりませんが、素材そのものへの愛情というか、シェフの思いがひしひしと伝わってくる。
エグい料理の数々でした。 今回は翌日の検査もあり、お酒を飲まず単純に食事を楽しんだので、余計にその思いが強かったのかもしれません（笑）
スタッフさんも笑顔が素敵でしたし。お話も上手で初めて来た人を、終始気にかけてくださる気遣いも感じ本当に居心地が良かったように思います。
大阪にこんな素敵なお店があることを、他府県の方にも自慢したいくらい佳店だったように思います。
ごちそうさまでした。次の機会を楽しみにしています。
