念願叶って訪店できました (^^♪
念願っていうか
執念が実ったって感じです （笑）
１８時に一斉スタートかと思い
少し時間に余裕をもって訪店しましたが
お店の扉が開くのが１８時です。
お店の着いた順に席に案内されます。
調理台の前に４席
調理台に並んでテーブルの雰囲気で
５～６名が座ることができます。
とても良く考えられているなぁ～と。
とても居心地が良いです。
ディナーは、１６，５００円（税込み）です。
船岡シェフとは、フーナで一度お会いして
お話させて貰っていたので
メニューは、市場で仕入れた素材により
毎日、変わると聞いていたのでワクワクです。

６品
Fish ・ Meat
各１品を出して貰いました。
前菜でもメインのように感じるボリュームがあり
全ての料理が美味しかったです (^￢^☆
毎日、仕入れられている最高の素材の旨さを
更に引き出す調理にほんと唸りました (^￢^☆
ひとつ、ひとつの素材を丁寧に仕込まれているので
口に入れると、料理の美味しさの前に
美味しい香りが口の中で広がり
とっても美味しいんです (^￢^☆
ほんと、素晴らしいお店へ訪店できました !!

今回は、シェフの前のカウンターに座れました。
目の前で、最後の盛り付けがされますが
その途中から、素晴らしい香りが漂います !!
ほんと、香りで楽しみ
目の前に運ばれてきた料理は
色鮮かやで 目で楽しみ
その料理を口に運ぶと
美味しさが口の中で弾けます。
料理の食感、旨味、余韻
鳥肌がたち、感動します !!
