ぼくは個人的にはネオンが大好きで、家でもネオンつけてます笑 (どうでもいい話ですみません笑)
8月17日オープンしました！
ネオンっておしゃれ感と、少しレトロ感が出ていいですよね！
けっこうお店のメニューとしては酒場寄りなのに、外観内観がかなり明るい笑
若い女性が好きな感じ？かと思います。
だけどウリは日本酒って言ってましたから、ギャップもいいですね！笑
ぼくはカフェのようなメニュー、青空サワーを飲みました！
クリームソーダにクラッシュゼリーが入った感じのサワー！かわいすぎる！！
そして、推しの餃子！
種類ごとに色が違うんよ。水餃子は緑、とか、激辛は赤とか！カレーは黄色とか！
あと、「焼き」と「かけ」があって、
かけは、お酢のような味付けがされたあんが上からかかってます！これもおいしかった！
紫キャベツを皮に使った、しびれ餃子がぼくのおすすめです！山椒好きならぜひ食べてほしい！！
黄色のカレー味は、もっとスパイス効いても好きです！！
だけど種類が違うだけでこんなに餃子が別料理になるのはおもしろい！
お酒のつまみでガリトマト！これもおいしかったです♪
トマトとガリ合うんですね！
あとは、鶏もおいしかった！地鶏のコリコリした感じ？？炙られて燃え上がるのもよかったです！
日本酒は、十四代とかありました！夏限定のお酒も入れられてまして、KIDの夏のなど。
あまり飲まないから詳しくなくてすみません。。
また雰囲気と日本酒がマッチングしてないのもいい感じ！海外映画監督が作った日本の酒場のイメージのような。笑
餃子ばかりに気が惹かれましたが、酒場なので、酒の肴系はほんとにおいしいです。白肝の刺身とか、尿酸値あがりそうだけど、あー手がでるー。。だめだぁハマるーーーって感じで少しずつ食べてました。笑
サクっと餃子食べに行こっと。笑
