【梅田/大阪】餃子女子注目！糖質控えめなメニュー豊富な酒場ふじなべ大阪市内の中心・梅田には、大阪キタエリア最大の歓楽街と呼ばれる「阪急東通商店街」があります。
お初天神商店街や阪急東中通商店街と交差をしていて、
多くの人が集まります。
また、バーやスナック、カラオケやゲームセンターなどもあるので
遊びに最適！今回は、そんな「阪急東通商店街」にある酒場ふじなべへ訪れました。
ネオンの光が目を引くおしゃれな店内には、
おひとり様でも使いやすいカウンター席や、
少人数でも楽しめるテーブル席、外の風が心地よいテラス席があり、透明なカーテンで
仕切っているので、開放感抜群！どなたでも気軽に立ち寄りやすい空間になっています。
乾杯は、自家製フルーツサワーと色がかわるレモネードにしました。
バタフライピーというハーブで青く色づけされたシロップが入っていて、
レモンをそそぐと反応して赤みを帯びるドリンクです。
おすすめをアラカルトでいただきます。

「○○女子」という呼び名が巷では流行っていますが、最近よく聞くのが"餃子女子"！
餃子といえばニンニクたっぷりで、男性が好む料理というイメージをもたれがちですが、
最近ではオシャレな雰囲気のお店で、女性が餃子を楽しむというのがちょっとしたブーム。
低カロリー＆肉（タンパク質、脂質）野菜（ビタミン、ミネラル）などの栄養素がしっかりしている！というので
餃子でダイエットと考えている方も多いそうです。
餃子１個の糖質量は約３．９ｇ程で、これはどのくらいの量かというと、
白米１０ｇ分の糖質量になります。
よく糖質制限の目安でお茶碗１杯分１５０ｇの糖質量が５５．２ｇとされる白米ですが、
餃子１個とわずか白米１０ｇがほぼ同じ糖質量なので、実は餃子の糖質はそれほど高くないのです。

内臓を冷やさずに済むので、摂取カロリーを押さえながら楽しくダイエットできると、こちらも注目のメニューです。
『和牛の西京焼き』もいいですね。
味噌の原料となる大豆には良質な植物性たんぱく質、
コレステロールを下げる働きを持つリノール酸、
女性ホルモンと似た働きを持つとされるイソフラボンなどが含まれてますが、
味噌は大豆の成分がこうじの発酵・酵素作用によって分解され、
体内で消化吸収しやすい形で含まれます。
腸内環境も整えられるので女子会向きなメニューが多く、罪悪感なく楽しめました。
ドリンクも食事メニューもお値段がお安くて気軽な雰囲気で
リピートしようと思っています。
