《酒場ふじなべ 》
昨日、ラーメン友達3人で昼飲みの為梅田に。
東通り商店街を奥に突き進み、路地を入ったところにある『酒場ふじなべ』さんを初訪問。こちらは餃子とおでんがウリのお店。
今回頂いたのは以下の通り。
『餃子6種盛り 1,120円（各2個ずつ）』
・白:黒豚ニラ
・黒:海鮮
・赤:トマト
・紫:合鴨
・黄:キーマカレー
・緑:水餃子
それぞれに特徴のある食材を使用しており、なかなか面白い！めっちゃ盛り上がりますよこれ！
『アスパラのスパイシー豚巻き 620円』
豚バラの香ばしい味わいにアスパラの甘みと苦味が最高！
『酔っ払い海老 580円』
これめっちゃ好き！頭を素揚げしてくれるんですがこれもアテにピッタリ！
『牛タンユッケ 880円』
低温調理された牛タンをユッケ風に。ユッケ好きにはたまりません！
『ワニ舌炭炙り 680円』
ワニの舌？！どんなのかめちゃくちゃ気になってましたが、豚肉のような味わいで脂が乗っておいしかったです！

おでん出汁が優しくて美味しいんです！
なのでもちろんタネも美味しくなりますよねー！

野菜を炒め、最後にローストビーフを乗せてるのでレア感があり食べやすい！
『魚のガーリック味噌焼き 580円』
ガーリックの効いた濃厚な西京焼き！これはお酒が進みますね！
『こぼれシラス丼 680円』
映えもですけど、〆のお口直しにも最高でした！
