羽をダイナミックに乗せた焼き色が香ばしい豚にら餃子、漆黒の餃子は海鮮餃子で、紫は合鴨餃子、
オレンジの皮の餃子はトマトとイタリアンな味わい。
タレも多彩でその味わいバリエーションは無限大。
