人気店の予約が当日ではことごとく取れないので、タンを食べにこちらへ。

通しのキャベツとすじ肉の何か、味が、、ない笑
本日の目玉のタン2種類が到着。
ん？？メニュー表の写真とも、レビューアーさんたちの写真で見ていたものと、実物がかなり違う！
てか、めっちゃ小さいw
気にせず、焼きましょう〜
縛ってある方も、普通のネギ包も、どちらも美味しい♪
小さいけど。
歯ざわりもサクサク、歯切れ良く、柔らかい！
もう、これだけで満足でした〜

それ以外の肉ですが、上ハラミは美味しい♪
柔らかく、美味しいハラミでした〜
その後、ケチって、上のついてない、ハラミとカルビ追加しましたが、、、
これがいけんでした〜
ハラミの旨味が抜かれたような味で、硬い。
カルビにいたっては、ひどい筋がジャリジャリ言う感じ。
焼くと筋がそのままだからクルンクルンに勝手に巻かれるし、、
ケチるんじゃなかったと大後悔(T_T)
ここまで、上との差があるとは、、
おなかいっぱいになったので、再度、上頼めませんでした。
