2024/3/1 is Hanakin, so I went to a restaurant in Umeda, "Kuroge Wagyu, Tongue and Skirt Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Gori-chan," which is a hot topic with my gym members. I had been interested in it for a while, but it is always fully booked, so I made a reservation three weeks in advance and was able to get a reservation on Friday, which was my long-awaited visit. The restaurant is located just inside Hankyu Higashidori, just a short distance from Izuminohiroba. When you enter the basement by the stairs... The counter is full of relatively young female customers, couples, and groups at the tables. I knew it would be popular, but I was surprised by how popular it is. I was so impressed! I was so impressed! I was so impressed! At that moment, I was convinced that this was a perfectly delicious and fun restaurant! So, I'll introduce the dishes. ⭐︎The first dish is "Salted beef tongue & Tongue Forest", Gori-chan's most popular menu item. It's so filling, but I managed to fit it in one photo. It is served with tongue and green onions, which is so luxurious that it's almost overwhelming. This place is going to be popular! And it's delicious! I was immediately impressed by the first dish!!! ⭐︎The second dish was the ``Phantom Carpi'', which was also amazing. It was indeed a dream, with a generous amount of green onion on top of the carpi, which was also luxurious!!! The meat was grilled and wrapped in green onions, and it was an indescribably luxurious taste!!! Impressed! Impressed! Impressed! ⭐︎The third dish was the ``Goku Roast Yaki Shabu'', which was also great value for money. There were three of us this time, so we got three pieces, but a two-person serving would cost 1,966 yen (tax included), so it was great value for money at just under 1,000 yen per piece. Moreover, it was A5-grade Japanese Black Beef, which would cost around 2,000 yen per piece at other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants. Moreover, it came with a free rich egg (stubborn egg), so I was really surprised at how great value for money it was. The meat was sweet and creamy and delicious!!! By the way, why is the meat at "Gori-chan" so delicious? I asked. The truth was surprising! They cut the meat after receiving an order! That's why the cross-section of the meat is so sexy! ⭐︎The fourth dish is "grilled yukhoe" which is a standard at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants! It is also quickly kneaded with "stubborn eggs", and the yolk is super soft and GOOD. It is no exaggeration to say that there is no other place in the world where you can enjoy such deliciousness, and that it is only here at Gori-chan. ⭐︎The fifth dish is "thick-cut tongue". It is indeed thick-cut. I grilled it, and the tongue was incredibly elastic. And the more I chewed it, the tastier it became! ⭐︎The sixth dish is "Son Goku". Of course, delicious meat goes well with delicious rice. I ordered the "Son Goku" hesitantly, and... Wow, it's amazing!! I was impressed by the mountain of rice, which was taller than the "Fairy Tale Rice". Everything was amazing. ⭐︎The seventh dish was "Thick-cut tongue". I was hooked on the elasticity, so I ordered "Thick-cut tongue" again. This texture may only be found at Gori-chan. Seriously delicious!! ⭐︎The eighth dish was "Meat platter" Sorry Gori-chan!! It was a non-profitable order (sweat) This is a god-value for money at 1,856 yen including tax. Since I was there, I ordered it because I wanted to know more about Gori-chan's meat. It was perfect, and this was also a god-value. You can also get top loin and tsurami, so you should definitely order this!! ⭐︎The ninth dish was "Grilled shabu-shabu premium loin" I ordered another one. This is really a god-value. It's rare that the actual food looks better than the picture on the menu. They really only slice (cut) the meat after receiving an order, so the flavor is great. It's amazing!!!
