友人がここの和食屋さんが美味しいと言う事で連れてきて貰った！
高級和食には余り来ないのでワクワクしながら来ました♪
カウンター席9席くらいのオープンキッチン
オープンキッチンのいいところは目の前で調理が見れるのでワクワクしますね♪
肉、魚、全てが鮮麗に調理されてます。
出汁から塩まで美味しい
うま過ぎて何を食べたかも忘れてしまった笑
こんなに美味しい日本料理を体験できるなんて！
食材の質も最高級ですが、その高級食材をアレンジして
調理し、更に食材のレベルが上がる⤴️
丁寧なお仕事が食材に伝わってますね♪
これだけ美味しいとそれは予約困難店、人気店になりますね♪
お店の店員さんは言うまでもなく皆さん親切ですし、接客も素晴らしいですね♪
