元自動車部品工場をリノベーションしたインダストリアル風な雰囲気が漂うカフェ。
｢中津｣を人生を豊かにする、直感にあふれる街にしようというコンセプトからスタートしたようです。
1階フロアはアンティーク家具と、天井から吊るしたドライフラワーが印象的で、配置されたテーブルと椅子にフレンドリー感もありますね。
ランチタイムを狙って、友人と二人で訪問しました。
併設されているベーカリーで焼き上げるパンやドーナツが大人気と聞いていて、まずは食事に重点をおいて、
・BLTサンド
・N6チーズバーガー
をいただきました。
どちらもポリューミーで、さすが人気店ですね、見た目からしても満足。
バーガーは自家製のバンズが小麦とミルクが香る濃厚な味わいで、挟まれたビーフパテ、野菜、チーズがこぼれるようで、ソースが微妙な味付けをプラスして、これは際立つ旨さです。
サンドのほうもバンズと食パンの違いこそあれ、やっぱり申し分ない美味しさだとか(友人評)
十分満足したのですが、一番の人気商品ドーナツを食べずに帰れないだろう。
甘いのが苦手な友人はバンズを賞味したいこともあって、ポテトサンドを選択。
カフェラテはこの店の流儀なのか、カップから溢れる寸前まで入っていました。
ドーナツはしっかりしたモチモチ食感で、甘さもさわやか、女性に大人気なのがわかりますね。
すてきな場所で美味しいものをいただいて、豊かな一時を過ごさせていただきました。
２階フロアの写真がwebに掲載されていて気になっていたのですが、イベントやアート展などに開放されるようです。
フードの品質は素晴らしいのですが、セルフサービスシステムにしては価格が割高なのと、周辺のロケーションなども加味して、評価に反映させることに。
