お誘いいただき肉料理 永昌さんに初訪問です！
店主は東京銀座にある食べログ焼肉百名店の銀座コバウで修行して北新地に2021年4月20日お店をオープンされました。
場所は北新地本通りに面した谷安レジーナビル 1Fビルの1階にあります。
お店に入るとカウンター席が4席あり通されたの奥のはテーブル４名席！
さらに奥には完全個室 1室（6名席）があるみたいです。
先ずは瓶ビール、アサヒスーパードライで乾杯
いただいたもの

食べ終えてお肉の質はどれもこれも良く美味しかったです！
肉のカットの仕方が大阪風ではなく東京の映えるカットの仕方ですね！（笑）
〆に出てくる冷麺、これのスープがとても美味しかったし一緒に行った方が前に食べたと言う事で別で頼んでた辛ラーメンに丸腸等のホルモンが入ったのはとても美味しかったですね！
まだ２０代後半の若き大将ですが研究熱心でとても良いと思います。
また伺いたいお店ですね！
