Today I really wanted to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat), so I visited a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant near my home based on the reviews that said it was good value for money. Curious about the all-you-can-eat menu, I decided on the premium course. What was delicious among them was the freshly grilled liver. Carefully processed, it is soft, plump, and has a smooth taste. The roasted red yukhoe had a little more tender meat. The katsu sauce was very salty, so I think it would have been good to add some gochujang to add some sweetness. The disappointing thing about the premium is the thick-sliced Cow tongue. It wasn't very thickly sliced, and the salt and pepper was too strong to be edible, so I was very disappointed. The marbled top loin was full of fat...the premium was a disappointing result. Cold Noodles are lightly boiled and soaked in ice water, so the noodles are rubbery and bland, and the soup seems to be store-bought and lacks any ingenuity, which is also disappointing. If you want to eat light Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at a good value, we recommend the standard course. It was a good experience. It was a feast.
