長年の気心知れた知り合いとコロナ禍も完全に明けて久々の行動制限のない忘年会ということで、少し値段は張るが食べ飲み放題で梅田で店選びをしていたところ、クチコミ評判のいいこちらの店を開拓してみることになりました。
場所はお初天神通りから東に入った太融寺表門筋で繁華街です。最も忘年会が多いだろう週末です。
雑居ビルの1Fのわかりやすい立地で店に入ると左手に精肉店のようにショーケースに綺麗に肉が並んでおり、注文する実物を見ることができます。
店内はそれほど広くなく、予想通り人気で全て埋まっておりましたので予約必須ですね。
システムとしては、先出しのインスタ映えする木の器に乗った五種盛りの肉(特上カルビ、特選ロース、赤身、タンカルビ、サムギョプサル)が出てきて、予約特典としてジュラルミンケースにドライアイスと一緒に入った特製ハラミが出てきて、その後はQRコードで各自好きな肉やサイドメニュー、ドリンクを注文する流れです。
いやはやどれも肉質が大変よく、おすすめは厚く切られた極みタンとしゃぶしゃぶロースです。
いくらでも食べられます。ワンカルビの食べ放題の肉質を超えてます。
この一等地の立地でこの価格でこのクオリティはなかなかなく、競争激しい中、頭一つ飛び抜けてる印象でした。
満席にも関わらず、QRコード注文すると忘年会時期にスタッフ増員されているからか肉もドリンクも迅速に運ばれてきて、大変満足度が高かったです。
もう少し店内が広くスペースに余裕があればなお良しですが、立地から致し方無いところです。
これは新星ギャング現るですな！
