大阪駅前第一ビルにある蕎麦屋。
蕎麦屋といっても、立ち飲みのできる蕎麦屋で〆の蕎麦は10割蕎麦を味わえる。
裏なんばや本町、十三など系列になるのかな？
ある人気店。
平日のお昼時は、基本ランチのお客さんが多く、蕎麦と丼のセットが出ていた。
わたしは関係なく、昼飲みをしているとなかなかオペレーション的に大変そうで申し訳なかったが、飲ませていただいた！
ちょい飲みセットを頼み、おつまみを楽しみながらビールを飲む。
この日は、いたわさ、鴨ロース、タコの唐揚げかな？
ちょうどいい感じで楽しめる。
あとは、人気とかかれている揚げシュウマイ。いい感じ！
〆蕎麦もしっかり楽しむ。
さすが、蕎麦の味が濃い！
さらには、ツルッと喉越しも味わえるから食べ慣れた蕎麦の感覚もある。
この平打ち麺もまた癖になりそうな味！
