オープンカウンターで落ち着いた雰囲気の和食割烹♪♪
王道の和食が食べれます。
お造りは鰹、剣先イカ、鯛、雲丹、赤貝。
鰹と剣先イカは生姜醤油、それ以外は醤油や塩で好みに合わせて。
鰹と剣先イカと生姜醤油の相性最高♪♪
若鮎塩焼きは身質が柔らかく、少しのほろ苦さがたまらん。
個人的に好きだったのが絹ごし豆腐を裏ごしした白和えと無花果、アーモンドを散らした一品♪♪
無話果に生ハムは聞くが、滑らかな白和えとアーモンドの香りが無花果の甘さと爽やかさをアップしており、めっちゃ美味しい。
土鍋ご飯は毛蟹とコーンの2種。
毛蟹ご飯は蓋開けた時の香りが素晴らしい。
香りだけで美味いの分かる♪♪
ドルチェドリームご飯は優しい甘味がクセになる味。
総じてどの料理も美味しく、北新地でこの価格はコスパ良し。
