大阪の阪神百貨店B2階には様々な飲食店が入っているのですが、今回はとんかつで有名なepais（エペ）へ。
11時の開店と同時に入店。ちょっと贅沢にシャトーブリアン定食（170g）を注文しました〜！たまには自分へのご褒美ということでまぁいいでしょう！（自分に言い聞かせています）
皿に盛り付けられたシャトーブリアンはまるで桜の花びらのよう〜！4切れですがひとつひとつはかなり分厚いです。
おすすめの食べ方は塩ということで、ポルチーニ茸の塩が用意されました。その他にもいろんな種類の塩があって自由に選ぶことができます。塩のメニュー表があるのに驚きました。
軽く塩をつけていただきまーす！
なんて柔らかいんでしょ〜！こんなに分厚いのに簡単に噛みきれてしまう。そして口の中で肉の旨味がじゅわ〜と染み出します。でもそこはシャトーブリアン！脂っぽさは全然なくて上品な味わいですねぇ。
せっかくなので他の塩でも食べてみよーということで、店員さんおすすめの「ペルーマチュピチュの海水塩」をお願いしました。
この塩は粒のひとつひとつが大きくて、先ほどのポルチーニ茸の塩とは全然違います。
マチュピチュ塩を少しつけて食べると口の中でカリっと塩の食感が、そしてしっかりした塩味が肉の味を引き立てます。
塩によって味わいがこんなに違うんだーとまた驚きました。
他にもソース3種類が卓上にありますので、いろいろ試しながら最後まで堪能させてもらいました！
