梅田阪神百貨店の9Fのフードホールが開店！
新福島のフレンチ「リエゾン」が出店しました。
初日11時半で9階が入場制限してるお陰か、席は確保できました。
「奥丹波鶏バロティーヌの香草パン粉焼きセット」
写真のもの全てで1650円。
会計すると、料理ができたらなるあの小さい機械を渡されました。
イオンのフードコートとかで見るやつですね。
10分ほどで呼ばれました。
木製トレイに綺麗な料理が並んでいます。
★カボチャのポタージュ
濃厚で美味しいです！
★鶏肉のパン粉焼
すごく柔らかくて、ナイフがすんなり通ります。
揚げていないので、あっさりしつつも、マスタードのソースをつけるとまたさらに美味しい(^-^)
サラダは小さめですが、パンは温めてくれていたのでよかったです。
足りないかな？と予想してましたが、満足しました。
お水は自由に入れることができ、手を洗うことも可能。
この料理は、フードホールで食べる料理のレベルを越えてますね♪
このフロア自体が名店を誘致して、レストラン同士でスペースを共有、食べ比べができるなど、違った楽しみ方ができるのでいいと思います(^-^)
