ここの鶏丼が美味しかったよと聞いたんです
ランチは丼セットになってます
合鴨丼、両方食べれるのとか気になるけど、初志貫徹
▪️鶏丼セット 1,500円
まず、おまかせ串の一つ目、ハラミ
一味が少しかかってて、ほんのりピリッとアクセント
その他の鶏スープ、笊豆腐、お漬物
そしてもう一つの串はもも
コラーゲンたっぷりのスープは鶏の旨味たっぷり
お豆腐はクリームチーズみたいでまったり
メインの丼
鶏肉の皮目はしっかり焼けて、身はふっくらしっとり
炭火じゃないのに、この香ばしさ
タレが絶妙に絡まってます
たっぷりのネギ、刻み海苔
卵黄とタレをうまく絡めればいい感じの濃さ
卵がないとちょっと濃すぎると、私は感じました
でも次は鶏と鴨がのった相盛り食べてみたいです
お昼から飲み放題付きの焼鳥コースも楽しめて、女性1人の方もいらっしゃるので、私もやってみたいかも笑
