関東風のふわふわ鰻
うなぎとカニが楽しめるお店
お店は２階にあります。
階段を昇ってお店へ。
お店は広めのカウンターと奥の個室と。
今日は奥の個室に通されました。
ビールで乾杯。
すぐに前菜が運ばれてきました。
養老豆腐、まぐろの頬肉たたき、山菜といくらのあえもの
養老豆腐があっさり。サッパリで好きな味でした。
お次は大好きな鰻の白和え。
わさびとお塩で。香ばしくておいしいです。
このあたりでビールが無くなったので山椒いりというジントニックを注文。
山椒のいい香りとジントニック、相性が良くてとても美味しいと思いました。
カニ身と湯葉などが入った茶碗蒸しはあつあつとろとろ。
生麩も入っていました。
そしてそしてメインのうな重。
想像していたよりもボリュームあるうな重。
鰻は関東風、蒸してあるおかげでフワフワ。薄味でとても上品な味。肉厚で食べ応えあり。大満足です。
私は薄味が好きですが物足りない方向けにたれも一緒に提供されます。
アサリ入りの赤だしとデザートのチーズケーキもあっさりめで良かったです。
食事のスピードを見ながらテンポよくお料理が運ばれてくるので待ち時間がなかったのもとても良かったです。
