いっときに比べりゃ蕎麦たべる頻度は減ったものの、やっぱり蕎麦が好きだ。というわけで梅田をひとりでぶらぶらと。蕎麦食べたい…意外と梅田は蕎麦屋が少ない？ので、食べログ検索でこちらをチョイス伺ってみました。
施設に入っているので、まぁコスパは悪い気はしてましたが、土山人ならなんとなく平均点高いだろうなって期待値。
店構えは土山人らしい感じ。入ってみるとカウンター席とテーブル。ただ、案内がぎこちない…どこでもテキトに座って…的な。いや、ちゃんとして。コテコテの大阪のオカン風接客。どこかしら違和感。
メニュー見ると、他にくらべてかなり少ない。酒のアテがほぼ無い。しっかり仕込みが必要な料理が少ない気がしました。
とりあえず、酒。そしてかまぼこ。野菜天ぷら。蕎麦。
かまぼこは普通。コスパは微妙。天ぷらは衣がいい感じ。ただ、盛り方がちょっと上手く無いな。少し変えたらめっちゃよくなるのになぁ。映えません。
最後、そば。これが…これ、手打ちじゃ無い気がする。揃いすぎで角が立ちすぎ。みずみずしすぎるのも、手作業じゃない表面の均一さが生んでるのでは？真実は知りませんが、どこか興醒め。機械麺だとしたら、取り過ぎ。
なんだかな。久々の不発。ごちそうさま。
