小洒落たビストロが✌️
利用シーンとしては女子会で使われることや
若いカップルの誕生日祝いなどで使われている
様子でした！
【オーダー】
①前菜：リヨン風サラダ
→酢系のドレッシングでまずは空腹を刺激！
②スコッチエッグ
→半熟卵を挽肉で包みパン粉の衣を揚げたもの。
それにトリュフオイルをかければ完成⭕️
めちゃ美味い
③卵のせ明太クリームパスタ
→フワッフワの卵の下には明太クリーム❗️
④フィットチーネのボロネーゼ
→ベリーグッド美味しすぎるぜ
⑤九条ネギと牡蠣リゾット
→最後は和風な感じになってしまい
少し失敗したかも、、、
オーダーの組み合わせが悪かっただけで
一品としてはグッドです！
