通りがかりに見つけた焼肉ランチの看板
よくある大衆的な焼肉ランチだが目に留まったのは
｢骨付きカルビ｣との記載 最近骨付き肉に縁がない
久しぶりに骨にしゃぶり付く感覚で食べたくなって
焼肉ランチしてみる事に(๑•̀ڡ•́๑)ｵﾆｸｰ
○牛骨付きカルビ定食(1,078円)
ライス･スープ･ナムル･キムチ･韓国海苔付き
1,000円の骨付きカルビは肉4枚入り
硬い肉質の冷凍でお世辞にも良いとは言えないが
これを想像した上で骨付きカルビが食べたかった
骨の直ぐ周囲にしゃぶり付いて骨から剥がす
これが骨付きカルビの醍醐味ですよねー
ボリューム面では もっとお肉が欲しいと思う所だが
白ご飯に合うキムチ･韓国海苔も付いてますよ(^ω^*)
