【料理】
二日酔いなこともありにぼし塩をチョイス。期待通り、済んだスープの優しい味わい、しっかり旨みもありサラッと食べ干せる1杯。今日日このクオリティだと950円くらいは取られる印象。
唐揚げは2個で大小あったが、おそらく胸とモモでわかれている。ムネらしき方は若干硬いので好みわかれるかと。
【サービス】
めちゃくちゃホスピタリティ高い、とてもラーメン屋とは思えない。店内入り口段差あるもすぐキャリーケースを預かりにきてくださり、上着もさらっと預かってハンガーに。
どんな教育がされてるのか、、、
【雰囲気・客層】
男性会社員層が多いが、女性が行っても違和感ない店内のシックな雰囲気。
【混み具合】
13:00頃の来店で席は半分ほど埋まってる状況。ただ今後は人気が出そうな予感なので、早めの訪問が吉。
