あくまでも個人的な意見です。
米の炊き加減の固い柔らかいは好みの分かれるところ。
私は、一粒一粒がわかる程度の固さが好みです。
で、今回買ったこちらのおにぎりは…
南高梅、鮭、海苔ワサビの３種。
このうち、南高梅と鮭のお米が柔らかい。
海苔ワサビはやや固めで一粒一粒がわかる感じ。
この違いは包装にあるのかな？
海苔ワサビはドーム型のパッケージに入っていて、フィルムには包まれていない。
他は、フィルムに包まれている。
だから、水蒸気がおにぎりに閉じ込められてしまう。
でも、お米そのものは美味しいし、他のお弁当も魅力的。
次回は、お弁当を買ってみようかな。
