スタンド エルソル

最高気温８度と聞いていたけど、風が強くて体感温度はそれより低い。こういう日は梅田の地下を探検するに限る。
ということで、２ビルの地下１階へ。鉤型になった一番東側の通路を歩いていたら、黄色い看板の飲食店を発見。これは、見たことのない店。
「いらっしゃいませ。どうぞ～」
と声がかかってしまえば断る理由もない。ちらっと見ただけだが、なんだかヘルシーそうなランチメニューだし。詳しくは席で。
メニューを見ると、いずれも「豆腐」は共通。出汁か、スンドゥブか、牛すじか－というチョイスだったので牛すじをお願いする。
出てきて分かったが、まあ、出てこなくてもしっかりメニューをみればわかるのだけれど、要するに湯豆腐ですな。これはヘルシー。味噌煮込み牛すじということだったが、あんまり味噌煮込み感はなく、もつ入り湯豆腐といった感じ。ちなみに、ごはんは滋賀県産のミルキークイーンとのこと。
