〈特徴〉
北新地駅より徒歩3分。かつて"超"がつくほどの名店だった「コントワール フー」の佐藤歩シェフが監修する蕎麦専門店。ランチ営業有。カウンター席のみ。2022年2月25日オープン。
〈メニュー内容〉
・温かけ蕎麦(1,000円)
お店は雑居ビルの地下という隠れた場所にあり、目の前まで着くと扉がシャッターで閉まっています。あれ？閉店してる？？と一瞬戸惑うものの、そこには"営業中"と記された看板が。おそるおそる扉を開けてみると、しっかり営業されていたので安心しました(笑)店内はカウンター9席のみ。まさに知る人ぞ知るお蕎麦屋さんです。
今回は温かけ蕎麦をいただきました。細麺ながらもしっかりコシがあり、上品な蕎麦の香りが広がります。柚子パウダーがかかっているため、さっぱりしていて美味しかったです。
一品物やほかのお蕎麦も気になったので、また機会があれば訪問したい！ご馳走様でした。
