今はなき、コントワールフーの佐藤シェフ監修の蕎麦屋さんである蕎斬さんを訪問。
平日金曜の11時半頃に訪問したところ、先客2名ですんなり入れました。
お昼時と深夜帯は混んでいるとのことだったので、たまたま入れたようです。
かき揚げ温玉蕎麦(1,300円)を注文。
10分程度で着丼です。
蕎麦を食べてみると蕎麦なのにコシがあると思えるほどの歯応えと、ツルッとした啜り心地で、酔いが覚めました。
出汁も関西風の非常に香り高い出汁で、最後まで出汁をレンゲで飲み続けてしまいました。
温玉に至ってはこれが最高なのでは？と思わせるほどのザ・温玉。
着丼前に、蕎麦に出汁をかけるのですが、揚げたてのかき揚げの上から出汁をかけると、ジュワーっと言う食欲をそそられる音がなり、耳でも楽しめるようになっているのも良いところです。
ただ、かき揚げはサクっともしているので、サクとフニャのコントラストが良かったです。
また行きたいと思います。
