ランチでトロトロ豚肉出汁と出汁カレーを頂きました。11時20分到着で8番目となり、初回に潜り込めました。（カウンター9席の店なので）
蕎麦は大変美味しいです。但しずーっと変なザワザワした気持ちは抱いていました。トロトロ豚肉は小さ目の角煮が入った醤油出汁、カレーは和風出汁でスルスル食べられました。
別の方が書いてられましたが、カレーは若干残しヒレカツも3切れ残し、ご飯にかけてミニカツカレーとさせて頂きました。
店を出て喫茶店で寛いでる内に、突然さっきのザワザワ感の正体に気付きました。
あれはラーメンインスパイアなんだ。蕎麦をラーメン風なアレンジで美味しく食べさせてるんじゃないかと
思い、1人納得してました。
