蕎麦に関しては、大阪よりも東京のイメージ強いし、
いつも食べるのは、蕎麦よりもうどんが多い。
北新地にうどん屋さんはあれど、蕎麦というのはあまり聞かない。
で、今回は深夜ではなく早い時間にこの蕎麦屋さんに行ってみる。
雑居ビルの地下にあり、カウンター9席だけのお店。
メニューを見て、おススメになっている天ぷら蕎麦（2000円）を発注。
しばらくすると、天ぷらの盛り合わせと冷たい蕎麦が出てきます。
蕎麦は、細めで瑞々しく、のど越しさわやか。
特に、つけつゆが程よい濃さで、好きです。
天ぷらも素材にこだわっているのがわかる具材が9種類程並ぶ。
これが、バランスいいし、サクサクで美味しい。
大将と話してみると、沖縄出身だそうです。
蕎麦のイメージがない沖縄の人が、大阪で見事なそばを仕上げている。
ちょっと驚きの蕎麦ですので、是非食べてみてください。
深夜酔っぱらった時もいいのですが、シラフで食べてみて。
